WHO CAN JOIN?
Pony Club offers a variety of membership options for individuals of all ages and experience levels--whether you are a parent looking for an equine program that teaches the basics for a horse-crazy child, an adult looking to fulfill a childhood dream of learning to ride, or an equine professional wishing to expand your knowledge and continue your equine education. Pony Club is a great place to make friends with other horse loving individuals!
Participating Memberships -
Club/Center Membership: For children, teens, and adults looking to develop their riding, horse care, and horse management skills through mounted and unmounted meetings, clinics, rallies, certifications, and other opportunities. As members progress through the curriculum with a local Pony Club or Center they will develop life skills, such as a sense of responsibility and community, leadership, confidence, sportsmanship, organizational skills, and more. The skills, habits, and values instilled through Pony Club’s curriculum apply to many areas of a person’s life—within Pony Club and beyond. Note: Horse ownership is not required.
2025 Dues - $155 National Dues (new member) + $30 Regional Dues
National Membership: For members 18 years or older with a C-2 Horse Management certification or above who wish to rejoin but are unable to participate regularly with a club/center. National members may participate in regional activities, but do not have a club/center/region affiliation.
2025 Dues - $195
Additional membership options include:
- Supporting Memberships (Annual Corporate & Lifetime Corporate) - For adults who serve in a leadership or volunteer capacity at any level within Pony Club, from organizing local-level activities and events all the way up to the Board of Governors.
- Professional Membership - For instructors, teachers, homeschooling parents, and other educators interested in ready-to-teach educational materials for their students. The standardized curriculum has proven over time to develop knowledgeable, safe, and effective riders.
- Online Memberships (Alumni, Friend, Introductory E-membership & Pony Club IQ) - Interactive online memberships with access to Pony Club resources for all ages.

Please contact the Pony Club or Riding Center nearest you to find out when their next meeting takes place and how to participate.
The membership year runs January 1st-December 31st.
