Trail Extravaganza (Camp & Rally) - 2025

Trail Extravaganza 2025, hosted by Blue Hills Equestrian Pony Club!

    Open to Non-Pony Club Members!


What:    Trail Camp & Trail Rally.  Camp will include horse management training for campers and adults, mounted and unmounted               horsemanship for campers, & arts and craft activities.  There will be a barn dance on Saturday from 7-9 pm.

When:    Thursday,  June 19th at 8 am through Friday, June 20th - Trail Camp

              Saturday,  June 21st through Sunday, June 22nd - Trail Rally   

              Competitors may set up camp beginning Wednesday,  June 18, at 3 pm  

Where:    Rusk County Fairgrounds - N8323 Hwy 8, Ladysmith, WI 54848

Who:    Pony Club members & non- Pony Club members

Non-Pony Club participants are welcome, but Pony Club rules & guidelines will be followed if they would like to participate on a Pony Club team.  Non-Pony Club participants have the choice to sign up under the Non-Pony Club option and will not be placed on a team and will be stabled separately.



Cost:    See registration form for competitor and other applicable fees. Freewill donations will be collected to cover the cost of the DJ.

** Please include a note with the name of each rider and total fees to include: competitor, stall, & camping fees calculated using the registration form.**  Bedding, if needed, will be paid for at the event. 

Concessions will be available for all meals all weekend.  Meals are provided for those enrolled in camp.  Bring beverages to share and camp chairs.

Registration and Payment Deadline:  June 14th!

Advance registration is required. The registration form is for individual entries. Team entries will be submitted by DCs/CAs.

Competitors will be in teams of 3-4 riders with 1 Stable Manager.
